What we do
Through a unique partnership with an organic-certified co-op of family farmers in Morocco, we offer the freshest saffron threads on the market. Each October, our partner co-op harvests saffron crocuses at tifout (“the first light of dawn”), removes from each a single triad of stamens, then places around 100,000 flowers’ worth in each kilo of threads they ship us directly. We now have 11 years of bulk sales to spice shops and food manufacturers.
